New Issue: JPMorgan prices $8.19 million 8.65% yield notes linked to Nasdaq-100, Russell 2000
New York, July 12 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $8.19 million of yield notes due March 3, 2025 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Investors will receive a coupon of 8.65%, paid monthly.
If the worst performing index finishes at or above 80% of initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the coupon.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.25% for every 1% decline in the worst performing index beyond 20%.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
