Rural/Metro reprices term loan B and letter-of-credit facility

New York, May 2 - Rural/Metro Corp. successfully completed the repricing of its term loan B and letter-of-credit facility, under which spreads were lowered by 25 basis points to Libor plus 225 bps, according to a market source.

Citigroup acted as the lead bank on the deal.

One hundred percent of lender signatures were received on Tuesday morning.

Rural/Metro is a Scottsdale, Ariz.-based provider of medical transportation and private fire protection services.
