RBS to redeem all £103.58 million of 9.5% undated subordinated bonds

Minneapolis, June 19 – NatWest Markets plc, formerly Royal Bank of Scotland plc, called all £103,583,000 of its outstanding 9.5% undated subordinated bonds, according to a filing with the London Stock Exchange.

The notes will be redeemed on Aug. 12.

The bonds, which were issued in an original amount of £200 million, are guaranteed on a subordinated basis by Royal Bank of Scotland Group plc.
