New Issue: RBC sells $1.03 million barrier booster notes linked to S&P 500

Morgantown, W.Va., July 10 – Royal Bank of Canada priced $1.03 million of 0% barrier booster notes due June 30, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index gains by more than 39.7%, the payout at maturity will be par plus the index return.
If the index gains by up to 39.7%, the payout will be par plus 39.7%.
If the index finishes flat or falls by up to 30%, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will be exposed to any losses.
RBC Capital Markets LLC is the underwriter.
