Romania sets talk for $2 billion note offering due in 10, 30 years

Atlanta, Jan. 14 - Romania gave guidance for its upcoming $2 billion offering of notes due in 10 and 30 years, a market source said.
The 10-year notes were talked at a spread in the Treasuries plus 220 basis points area.
The 30-year notes were talked at a spread in the Treasuries plus 250 bps area.
BNP Paribas, Citigroup and JPMorgan are the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.
