Rolta India talks five-year dollar notes at 9% to 9 1/8%

Atlanta, July 17 – Rolta India Ltd. set talk at 9% to 9 1/8% for its planned issue of dollar-denominated notes due in five years (expected ratings: /BB-/BB-), a market source said.

The notes are expected to price by the end of the week.

Barclays and Citigroup are the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.

The proceeds will be used to repay indebtedness and for working capital and general corporate purposes.

Rolta India is a technology services company based in Mumbai.
