Moody's reviews Rockwell Automation

Moody's Investors Service said it placed Rockwell Automation, Inc.'s A2 senior unsecured and Prime-1 ratings under review for downgrade.

The action follows the company's significantly reduced revenue and earnings guidance for fiscal 2009, according to the agency.
