S&P revises Rockies Express view to stable

S&P said it changed Rockies Express Pipeline LLC’s outlook to stable from negative and affirmed its BB+ ratings.

“Given renewed credit stability among Rockies Express Pipeline LLC's (REX's) counterparties, its recent settlement with Gulfport Energy Corp., and high levels of volume-protected cash flows in zone 3 over the next few years, we think the company's leverage will remain in line with current levels even as contracts roll off and rates remain under pressure,” S&P said in a press release.
