New York, April 12 – Brazil’s RioPrevidencia priced $600 million of 10-year notes with an 8.2% coupon at par on Thursday, according to a New York-based market source.
Pricing came tight compared to initial talk for a yield in the mid-8% area.
BB Securities and BNP Paribas were bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.
The company is the public pension fund for Rio de Janeiro.
