Moody's gives Renaissance Securities notes B1

Moody's Investors Service said it has assigned a long-term foreign currency senior debt rating of B1 to the $225 million of senior unsecured guaranteed notes due 1 April 2011 issued by Renaissance Securities Trading Ltd.

The outlook is negative.

The agency added that the notes are jointly and severally guaranteed by Renaissance Financial Holding Ltd. (rated B1/negative) and its parent (rated B2/negative).

Moody's noted that under certain conditions, the guarantee provided by RCHL may be revoked.
