Ramsarup board to discuss possible convertibles offering

Des Moines, Jan. 12 - Ramsarup Industries Ltd.'s board plans to consider a possible issue of foreign currency convertible bonds, American depositary receipts or global depositary receipts at its meeting on Jan. 15.

Based in Calcutta, Ramsarup manufactures wires and thermo-mechanically treated bars.
