New Issue: TD Bank sells $375,000 digital notes linked to Peloton Interactive

Chicago, June 27 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $375,000 of 0% digital notes due Dec. 21, 2022 linked to the common stock of Peloton Interactive, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the final share price is greater than or equal the initial share price, the payout at maturity will be par of $1,000 plus 55%.
If the stock finishes below its initial price, investors will receive a number of shares equal to $1,000 divided by the initial price.
