Moody’s reviews Italian corporates

Moody's Investors Service said it placed the ratings on three non-financial corporates domiciled in Italy: Eni SpA, Poste Italiane SpA and RAI - Radiotelevisione Italiana SpA on review for downgrade.

At the same time, the agency affirmed the Baa2 rating (with a negative outlook) on Esselunga SpA and Baa3 rating on IGD SiiQ SpA. Moody's changed the outlook on IGD's rating to negative from stable.

Moody’s said the review was prompted by the corresponding action on Italy's Baa2 government bond rating.
