Pulte Homes files automatic shelf

New York, May 8 - Pulte Homes, Inc. filed an automatic shelf registration in an S-3ASR with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Covered by the shelf are senior debt securities, subordinated debt securities, common shares, preferred shares, depositary shares, warrants, stock purchase contracts and stock purchase units. Securities may be structured as convertibles.

Proceeds will go toward general corporate purposes.

Based in Bloomfield Hills, Mich., Pulte Homes is a holding company with subsidiaries focused on homebuilding and financial services.
