Fitch rates PSC of Colorado bonds A+
Fitch Ratings said it assigned an A+ rating to Public Service Co. of Colorado's issuance of series number 38 and series number 39 first mortgage bonds.
The rating is the same as Fitch’s on the issuer’s other first mortgage bonds.
The proceeds will be used to refund the early call of the $300 million of 2.25% first mortgage bonds maturing Sept. 15, pay-down short-term debt and for general corporate purposes.
The outlook is stable.
