Thailand’s PTT tenders for any-and-all of 5 7/8%, 4½% notes

Olympia, Wash., Sept. 20 – PTT PCL launched any-and-all tender offers for its $298,252,000 of 5 7/8% senior notes due 2035 and $570.6 million of 4½% senior notes due 2042, according to a notice.

The tender price is $1,000 per $1,000 of notes, and the early tender premium is $2.00 per $1,000 of notes.

The early tender deadline is 5 p.m. ET on Oct. 3. The expiration date is 11:59 p.m. ET on Oct. 18. Settlement is expected for Oct. 24.

Holders who tender their existing notes in the tender offer will be required to subscribe for a matching nominal amount of senior notes issued by PTT Treasury Center Co. Ltd. with terms substantially consistent with those of the respective existing notes.
