Fitch rates PTT notes AAA(tha)

Fitch Ratings said it assigned a national long-term rating of AAA(tha) to PTT PCL's upcoming two tranches of senior debentures totaling up to THB 20 billion due in October 2015 and November 2018.

The proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt and fund future capital expenditures.
