Russia’s Promsvyazbank buys back $103.38 million 10½% notes

By Wendy Van Sickle

Columbus, Ohio, July 21 – Promsvyaz Capital BV repurchased $103,381,000 of the $333,367,000 10½% series 9 loan participation notes due 2021 issued by PSB Finance SA.

The notes were purchased at market terms, according to a notice by PSB.

The company also corrected a June 28 notice in which it listed the wrong series of notes involved in previous note repurchases. The company said it should have reported at that time that $33,593,000 of the $100 million of 10½% series 8 loan participation notes due 2021 had been repurchased.

PSB Finance is a Luxembourg-based subsidiary of Promsvyazbank ZAO, a Moscow-based lender.
