Prudential SP Small Cap Value Portfolio adds portfolio manager Butkus

San Diego, Feb. 17 - The Prudential Series Fund SP Small Cap Value Portfolio said that Sean A. Butkus has been named a portfolio manager of the portfolio, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

He joins existing portfolio managers Sally Pope Davis, Robert Crystal and J. Kelly Flynn.

Butkus joined Newark, N.J.-based Prudential Investments LLC, the portfolio's investment manager, in 2004. Prior to that, he provided analytical support and strategic advice to the Investment Management Division at Goldman Sachs and was formerly employed at Arthur Andersen LLP.
