Charlotte, N.C., Oct. 8 – Ukraine’s PrivatBank placed $70 million of 5.799% loan participation notes due February 2021 issued by UK SPV Credit Finance plc with a member of its shareholder group on Wednesday.
The company announced the issue on Oct. 1.
Proceeds will be used to fund a subordinated loan and to increase capital.
PrivatBank is a lender based in Dnipropetrovsk, Ukraine.
