Primus International launches new credit facility via CIBC

New York, May 18 - Primus International held a bank meeting on Thursday to launch a new credit facility that is being led by CIBC, according to a market source.

No further details on the deal were available prior to press time.

Primus is a Seattle-based supplier of structural components and assemblies to the commercial and military aerospace industry.
