Atlanta, March 4 - Prime Infrastructure Group said it has closed a private placement for A$90 million.
The company sold 64,285,714 staple securities at A$1.40 each to institutional investors.
The staple securities are comprised of one share of Prime Infrastructure Management Ltd. and one unit of Prime Infrastructure Trust.
The securities were priced at a 2.8% discount to the volume weighted average price 10 days before the deal was priced.
Based in Brisbane, Australia, Prime Infrastructure is an infrastructure investment company.
