Pratt Paper places $112 million senior secured notes via GE Commercial Finance

New York, July 21 - Pratt Industries (U.S.A), Inc. subsidiary Pratt Paper LA, LLC placed $112 million of senior secured notes via agent GE Commercial Finance Corporate Lending.

Proceeds will be used to fund the development, construction, and operation of a greenfield recycled containerboard facility being built in Shreveport, La. The mill will use entirely recycled fiber to produce 360,000 tons of containerboard a year.

Pratt Industries is a Conyers, Ga.-based paper and packaging company.
