Potlatch plans to sell $150 million 10-year bullet notes Thursday

St. Louis, Oct. 26 - Potlatch Corp. is marketing $150 million of 10-year senior notes (Ba1/BB) in a deal that is expected to price on Thursday, according to an informed source.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs & Co. are joint bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S offering.

Proceeds will be used to repay $73 million of bank debt and for general corporate purposes.

Potlatch is a Spokane, Wash.-based paper company.
