Post plans to start roadshow Monday for $775 million 10-year notes

Portland, Ore., Jan. 20 - Post Holdings Inc. will begin a roadshow on Monday in Baltimore and New Jersey for a $775 million offering of 10-year notes (confirmed B1/expected B), according to an informed source.

The roadshow moves to New York City on Tuesday, to Boston and Chicago on Wednesday, to Los Angeles on Thursday and San Francisco on Friday.

Barclays Capital Inc. is the left bookrunner. J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Wells Fargo Securities LLC and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC are the joint bookrunners.

PNC Capital Markets and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey are the joint lead managers.

The Rule 144A and Regulation S with registration rights notes come with five years of call protection and feature customary high-yield covenants.

Proceeds will be used to help fund the spin-off of the company from Ralcorp Holdings Inc. The issuer will not receive proceeds.

Post is a St. Louis-based ready-to-eat cereal manufacturer.
