Posey County, Ind.’s Midwest Fertilizer bonds have mandatory tender

Norfolk, Va., Oct. 23 – Posey County, Ind., said its $1,259,000,000 of series 2013A economic development refunding revenue bonds issued for the Midwest Fertilizer Co. LLC project are subject to mandatory tender, according to a notice.

The bonds will be purchased at par plus accrued interest on Nov. 3.

Citibank, NA is the paying agent. Old National Trust Co. is the trustee.
