Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 11 - PMI Gold Corp. said it will raise C$1 million in a non-brokered private placement.
PMI will sell 5 million units of one share and one warrant at C$0.20 per unit.
Each warrant will be exercisable at C$0.30 for two years.
Proceeds will be used for general working capital.
PMI is a mining company based in Vancouver, B.C.
