By Caroline Salls

Pittsburgh, May 16 - Plaza Centers NV set June 10 as the deadline for bondholders and other creditors to vote on its debt restructuring plan, according to a news release.

A Dutch court set June 2 as the record date for voting on the plan.

As previously reported, the company reached an agreement in March with Hermetic and Reznik, Paz & Nevo, the trustees of the Israeli series A and series B notes, on commercial amendments to the debt restructuring plan filed on Nov. 18, 2013.

Plaza Centers said the amended plan will be filed with the Dutch Court and made available on the company's website before or on May 27.

Plaza Centers, a subsidiary of Tel Aviv-based Elbit Imaging Ltd., is a developer of shopping and entertainment centers in Central and Eastern Europe, India and the United States.
