S&P rates Phillips 66 notes BBB+

S&P said it rated Phillips 66 Co.'s senior unsecured notes BBB+.

The company plans to exchange these notes for the outstanding debt securities at Phillips 66 Partners LP.

Parent Phillips 66 will guarantee that notes, which will rank equally with all its other unsecured and unsubordinated debt.
