PetroKazakhstan plans to issue $150 million 10-year notes

New York, Sept. 1 - PetroKazakhstan Inc. plans to issue $150 million of 10-year notes (Ba3/B+), according to a market source.

JP Morgan is running the Regulation S deal.

The company, based in Calgary, Alta., is a vertically integrated, international energy company. It is the largest supplier of refined products in Kazakhstan and owns one of the three refineries in that country.
