New York, Nov. 16 - The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission sold $70.06 million of series 2012B variable-rate turnpike revenue bonds, according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds (Aa3/A+/A+) were sold through J.P. Morgan Securities LLC.
The bonds are due Dec. 1, 2016, and bear interest at the weekly rate.
Proceeds will be used to finance improvements to state's turnpike system.
