Pennsylvania REIT to repay 2013 revolver via common share offering

Minneapolis, April 30 - Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust plans to use the proceeds of its offering of common shares of beneficial interest to repay amounts outstanding under its 2013 revolving credit facility, according to a press release.

The company will also use proceeds for other general corporate purposes.

Pennsylvania REIT is a Philadelphia-based real estate investment trust.
