Penn National Gaming repays $160 million term loan D
New York, April 8 - Penn National Gamin, Inc. said it repaid the $160 million outstanding on its term loan D.
The debt was paid down on April 4 - the maturity of the loan would otherwise have been September 2007.
The Wyomissing, Pa., gaming firm announced the repayment in an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
