S&P corrects, ups PDVSA notes

S&P said it corrected the issue-level rating on Petroleos de Venezuela SA's (PDVSA) 2024 senior unsecured notes by raising it to CC from D.

The agency said it inadvertently lowered the rating when it lowered the rating on the company's 2017 notes on Dec. 5.
