Paul Hastings adds leveraged finance lawyer Frank Lopez in New York

Olympia, Wash., April 26 – Paul Hastings LLP added capital markets and leveraged finance lawyer Frank Lopez to the firm as co-head of the global capital markets practice and a partner in the leveraged finance practice based in New York, according to a press release.

Frank represents investment banks, sponsors and issuers in domestic and cross-border buyouts, refinancings, recapitalizations and equity capital markets deals.

His skillset includes initial public offerings, convertible bonds and high-yield bonds, the release said.

Paul Hastings is a law firm based in Los Angeles. It has offices in Asia, Europe and the United States.
