Palm Beach, Fla., school district to price $115 million TANs Sept. 19

New York, Sept. 11 - The Palm Beach County School District of Florida plans to sell $115 million of series 2012 tax anticipation notes on Sept. 19, according to a preliminary official statement.
The notes (MIG 1) will be sold on a competitive basis with Public Financial Management Inc. as the financial adviser.
The notes are due Jan. 29, 2013.
Proceeds will be used to finance operating expenses of the district ahead of the collection of ad valorem taxes.
