PacifiCorp to offer green first mortgage bonds via six bookrunners

Buffalo, N.Y., Nov. 29 – PacifiCorp is preparing to issue green first mortgage bonds, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The bonds feature a make-whole call and then a par call.

BMO Capital Markets Corp., PNC Capital Markets LLC, SMBC Nikko Securities America, Inc., TD Securities (USA) LLC, Wells Fargo Securities, LLC and BofA Securities Inc. are the joint bookrunners with Wells Fargo also acting as green structuring agent.

Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.

Perkins Coie LLP and in-house counsel will advise the issuer. Latham & Watkins LLP is counsel to the underwriters.

Proceeds will be used to finance or refinance eligible green projects.

PacificCorp is a regulated electric company based in Portland, Ore.
