Paccar files automatic shelf registration for notes, InterNotes

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 20 - Paccar Financial Corp. filed a debt securities automatic shelf registration in an S-3ASR filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The debt may take the form of medium-term notes or InterNotes.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

The financing and lease unit of Paccar Inc. is based in Bellevue, Wash.
