Orrstown Financial files $80 million shelf covering stock, preferreds

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 28 - Orrstown Financial Services, Inc. filed an $80 million shelf registration in an S-3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The registration covers common stock, preferred stock and warrants.

The securities may be structured as convertibles.

The Shippensburg, Pa.-based financial holding company will use the proceeds for general corporate purposes.
