New Issue: Ontario prices $250 million five-year floaters at par to yield Libor plus 25 bps

New York, Nov. 15 - The Province of Ontario priced a $250 million offering of five-year floating-rate medium-term notes on Thursday at par to yield Libor plus 25 basis points, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes (Aa2/AA-/) are non-callable.
Bookrunners were HSBC Securities (USA) Inc. and Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc.
