NQ Exploration to pocket C$1 million with placement of equity units
Non-brokered deal offers units of common stock, flow-through stock

Knoxville, Tenn., Oct. 15 - NQ Exploration Inc. said it will sell 1,000 units at C$1,000.00 apiece in a non-brokered private placement. The offering will raise C$1 million.
Each unit consists of 6,666 flow-through shares at C$0.12 per share, 2,000 common shares at C$0.10 per share, and 1,000 warrants, with each warrant exercisable at C$0.125 for two years.
The strike price reflects a 13.64% premium to C$0.11, the Oct. 14 closing share price.
Based in Laval, Quebec, NQ is a mining company.
