Norcraft terminating $60 million revolver

New York, March 27 - Norcraft Cos. LP is terminating its $60 million revolving credit facility, effective March 31, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Friday.

UBS was the administrative agent on the deal.

Norcraft is an Eagan, Minn.-based cabinet company.
