New Issue: Sweden’s NorCell prices SEK 1.75 billion 3 5/8% five-year notes

Portland, Ore., June 10 – Com Hem Holding AB announced in a Friday press release that its subsidiary NorCell Sweden Holding 3 AB has issued SEK 1.75 billion 3 5/8% five-year senior notes.

Danske Bank, DNB Markets and Nordea Markets were the joint bookrunners.

The Stockholm-based telecom plans to use the proceeds to refinance debt and for general corporate purposes.

After completion of the refinancing the company’s average blended interest rate is expected to remain at approximately 3% given current market interest rates, the press release stated.
