New Issue: New York State Housing prices $91.03 million of affordable housing bonds

New York, Dec. 13 - The New York State Housing Finance Agency priced $91,025,000 of series 2012F affordable housing revenue bonds, according to a pricing sheet.

The bonds were sold through Ramirez & Co. Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC.

The bonds are due 2013 to 2023 with term bonds due in 2027, 2032, 2037, 2042 and 2048. The serial coupons range from 0.4% to 2.6%, all priced at par. The 2027 bonds have a 3.05% coupon, the 2032 bonds have a 3.45% coupon and the 2037 bonds have a 3.75% coupon, all priced at par. The 2042 bonds have a 3.85% coupon and the 2048 have a 4.1% coupon, both priced at par.

Proceeds will be used to make five mortgage loans to construct and rehabilitate affordable housing units.
