New Issue: New Hampshire Health sells $62.92 million Southern New Hampshire bonds

New York, May 24 - The New Hampshire Health and Education Facilities Authority sold $62,915,000 of series 2012 revenue bonds for Southern New Hampshire University, according to a pricing sheet.

The bonds (/BBB/) were sold through RBC Capital Markets LLC.

The bonds are due 2015 to 2022 with term bonds due in 2027, 2034 and 2042. The serial coupons range from 2.25% to 5%. The 2027 bonds have a 5% coupon priced at 107.06, and the 2034 bonds have a 5% coupon priced at 103.77. The 2042 bonds have a 5% coupon priced at 102.597.

Proceeds will be used to finance the construction, equipment and installation of a new library and learning commons, a new dormitory, a new parking facility and other improvements and renovations to the university's main campus in Manchester, N.H.
