New Britain, Conn., plans $55.3 million G.O. bond anticipation notes

New York, March 17 - The City of New Britain, Conn., is set to price $55,305,000 of series 2014A general obligation bond anticipation notes, according to a preliminary official statement.
The notes will be sold through senior manager William Blair & Co.
The notes are due Oct. 30, 2014.
Proceeds will be used to finance municipal improvements and capital projects.
