NeuroMetrix to sell $10 million of its units through a public offering

Deal offers units with five-year warrants to fund corporate purposes

Knoxville, Tenn., April 25 - NeuroMetrix, Inc. plans to raise $10 million in a public sale of units, according to a Form S-1 filed Thursday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The warrants will be exercisable for five years.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

The medical device company has headquarters in Waltham, Mass.
