Navistar International investor Owl Creek sells 1.62 million shares

Charlotte, N.C., May 8 - Navistar International Corp. investors led by Owl Creek I, LP decreased their stake in the company to 7.5% from 9.54%, according to a schedule 13D/A filed on Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The investors sold 1,618,105 sales between April 1 and May 8 at prices from $37.80 to $43.00 each, the filing said.

Owl Creek beneficially owns 5,344,860 shares of the company's outstanding stock.

Navistar, through its subsidiary, International Truck and Engine Corp., produces commercial truck, school bus and mid-range diesel engines. The company is based in Warrenville, Ill.
