National Bank of Greece will not pay Oct. 13 dividend on preferreds

Madison, Wis., Sept. 25 – National Bank of Greece Funding Ltd. announced that the non-cumulative preferential cash dividend on its €350 million series A floating-rate non-cumulative guaranteed non-voting preferred securities, which would otherwise have been payable on Oct. 13, will not be declared and will not be paid.

The preferred securities are guaranteed by Athens-based National Bank of Greece SA.

The issuer is based in St. Helier, Jersey.
