New Issue: Citigroup prices $1 million enhanced barrier digital securities linked to Invesco S&P 500, Nasdaq-100

New York, Sept. 18 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1 million of 0% enhanced barrier digital securities due Jan. 19, 2024 linked to the Invesco S&P 500 Equal Weight ETF and Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the worst performing asset finishes above its 85% final barrier then the payout at maturity will be par plus the 3.65% digital payment. Otherwise the notes will pay par less 1% for every 1% decline of the worst performing asset.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
